How the bears spend the season
Each bear at BEAR SANCTUARY Arbesbach spends the wintertime in their own kind of way. While senior bear Tom comes to get some warm broth, cooked vegetables and fruits on a daily basis, the siblings Emma and Erich are sleeping soundly in their dens.
Brumca is enjoying the warm sun shining right into her den.
The nice weather around the holidays has lured Brumca out of her den. Since the temperatures have been sinking and it has been snowing a lot in the last few days, she has also returned to her cozy bed of straw and is continuing to hibernate.
The siblings Emma and Erich are snuggling up close in their winter den.
Even Tom is walking back into his den right after finishing his soup.
